Registration / Re-registration / Fee Payment:
EVERY student is required to complete a registration and/or re-registration form each month and have their fee’s paid on or before 5:00 p.m. on the first day of the class. However, it is recommended that registration / re-registration / fee payment is completed on the last class of the session, for the next session. By doing so, we are able to determine whether the minimum enrollment has been met, thus allowing the class to be offered. EXAMPLE: If at 5:00 p.m. on the first day of the class, there are only 4 persons registered / paid for the class - the class will have to be cancelled (5 is the minimum enrollment each month for every class). Those registering late (the night of the first class or after), do not allow us the opportunity to factor their registration/payment in the class, thus requiring the class to be cancelled for the month. Registration / fee payments after 5:00 p.m. during business days and/or weekends are required to complete the appropriate registration / re-registration form and place it and the class payment in a envelope and place the envelope in the drop box located by the front door. A separate envelope with registration/fee payment is required, per family. DO NOT GIVE REGISTRATION FORMS AND/OR CLASS PAYMENTS TO THE INSTRUCTORS - it is not their job and they should not be responsible for seeing that a students registration and fee payment is completed. Persons registering after a class has began in a month, will not receive a “pro-rated” discount on the fee’s for the month.

Late - Registration / Re-registration / Fee payment:
Late registrations and late fee payments are very disruptive to the administration of the classes and strongly discouraged! Those persons that choose to register and pay their fee’s after 5:00 p.m. on the first day of the class, are required to pay an additional fee of $5.00 PER PERSON, in addition to the regular class fee’s.

Out-of-District Enrollment:
Persons that do not meet one of the eligibility requirements to be considered “in district“, will be required to pay a MONTHLY Out-of-District fee of $2.50 for the Introduction to Karate class, $2.50 for the Women’s Karate class and $5.00 for the adult Karate class.

Fee Assistance:
Any “in-district” person that qualifies for fee assistance (out-of-district registrants are not eligible for fee assistance), will receive the appropriate assistance, ONE MONTH - PER QUARTER, upon completion of the fee assistance form and if they qualify based on the income eligibility guidelines.
